I am a recipient of the Order of the Silver Trowel, and Past Thrice Illustrious Master (2002-2003), and Past Recorder (2004-2005) of Michigan Council of Annointed Kings in the Order of the Silver Trowel. I served as Most Illustrious Grand Master of the Grand Council 1998-1999, Illustrious Grand Lecturer 1999-2001, and have served as the Chairman of the Jurisprudence Committee. I am the Grand Representative of the Grand Council Royal and Select Masters of Connecticut near the Grand Council of Michigan. In 2005 I affiliated with Hiram Council No. 13 in Cocoa, FL. In 2006, I was elected an honorary member of the Grand Council of Florida - and 15 minutes later, was elected a permanent member. I presented the History of the Grand Council at their 150th Anniversary celebration. And served as Illustrious Master of Hiram Council No. 13 in Cocoa, FL in 2007. I was installed as the Illustrious Grand Chaplain, of the Grand Council R&SM of Florida on May 14, 2007, and send out a weekly "Grand Chaplain's Message" to all the Grand Officers, since many of them travel, and miss out on attending their own religious services. I completed my service as Illustrious Grand Chaplain on April 30, 2008. I served as the Editor of "The Cryptic Freemason" the official publication of the General Grand Council of Cryptic Masons International from August 2007 - April 2008. For the 2008-2011 Triennium of the General Grand Council of Cryptic Masons International, I was appointed as the Right Puissant General Grand Assistant Chaplain. | |

| I am a Senior DeMolay and Life DeMolay Alumni member of the DeMolay International. I am a certified D.A.D. Master Trainer, and have served the Jurisdiction of Michigan as their first webmaster. I was Michigan's Assistant Executive Officer for Communications. In 2005 I moved from Michigan to Florida, where I served as Assistant Executive Officer for Administration for Florida DeMolay from 2005-2009. I am a holder of the Lamp of Knowledge, Founder's Membership, Blue Honor Key, Zerrubabel Key, and Representative DeMolay awards. I was presented the Legion of Honor (Active) in 2005. In addition, in 2005 I was presented the Guild of the Leather Apron as Michigan's Outstanding Advisor for 2004-2005. I am the Chairman, and former Chapter "Dad" for the Greater Titusville Chapter, in Titusville, Florida, sponsored by Indian River Lodge No 90. At the Supreme Council session held in Seattle (2006) I was elected to receive the Degree of Chevalier. Funny to have done this "backwards" - but as a Senior DeMolay, this is a great honor. I am working with the Supreme Council committees on Technology and Education and Operations. At the 87th DeMolay International Supreme Council session held in St, Louis, I was elected a Deputy Member of the Supreme Council. In 2008, I was elected to receive the Cross of Honor. I am a member of the DeMolay International Foundation (2006 - ), and I have been honored with the Grand Master's Award for Excellence in Communication twice, 2003-2004 for the Michigan DeMolay eNews, and 2007-2008 for the Florida DeMolay eCordon. | |
